Property owners may use the builder of their choice, or we have a quality licensed contractor. Our preferred builder has been in business for 25 years and has built more than 100 moderate sized to million dollar homes in the area. Regardless of the contractor, River Woods will approve the design and quality of each home according to written architectural standards and will help the owner during construction in seeing that those standards are met.
